My purpose is to leave clients feeling understood and confident in who they are and the unique value they bring.

Before becoming an Organizational Psychologist, I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Having trained primarily in hospital settings, I am comfortable working within systems designed to optimize the performance and well-being of others. My hospital experience has shaped me to be a stabilizing influence during times of change, crisis, and challenge.

An individual working with me can expect coaching on how to maximize existing strengths, and techniques for minimizing performance derailers. An organization working with me can expect actionable strategies that develop scalable, engaged leaders as well as enhanced confidence in talent planning decisions that drive results.

While change and growth are largely up to the individual, helping leaders and organizations identify principles and establish conditions to make this possible is what I do best. My approach is non-prescriptive, practical, and action-oriented — listen, understand, and then guide.

Everyone has the potential to transform.
